Do you know, I am starting to worry. I just can't seem to resist having a leak or a little sniff at a certain lamp post in Saint Malo. So previous life might be present.....

Folks are talking now and when IKEA opens, what then ?

Worried of Watford
One of the things that makes us smile is when we are picnicing, people walking by wish us 'Bon appetit!' Makes me smile too when they say it in McDo!
**Makes me smile too when they say it in McDo! **

A pleasant gesture and a smile are welcome anywhere.
Ray, you always have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour. Please stay the way you are
Thanks and fear not I am 'positive' I will remain my usual rotten self and cause trouble. It's is so much fun to rile some people.

Looked at your website. Good grief, I can't even imagine the effort you put forth to say nothing of the cost. Love animals but not in a physical position for anymore dogs. We have three Breton horses and a goat here on the farm but don't have to take care of them. The three cats are outdoor cats and no trouble. Keep up the good work. We admire your dedication.
Christine, I would appreciate it if in my present condition people didn't make me laugh. I choked over that one.
Well, at least you're not preggie . . . . are you? You do look rather depressed in your avatar.

Shame Ray,

You were being so nice and ignoring me become kinda normal but like many Americans I have come across, find it terribly difficult to smile for too long, as the grin becomes rather set and cold.

....have a nice day......yeh, that's another beauty, it comes across most times with about as much sincerity as a George Bush speech.

The problem is, that people can too often mistake sincerity with a "bonjour" and a "missing you already" that they confuse it with manners and I am afraid, tis not true ! It is an engrained mannerism, quite different altogether, making the falsehood of it all, rather bad manners in fact

**may I ask just how many French you know, and from what region and just how well, as you are always saying marvellous the French are ?**

Why, don't you think so? Are they being mean to you? If so, maybe there is just something about you.

**So can one take it from your post, that you know ALL the French folk ?**

Well, 'one' might but they would have to be rediculous to do so.

Yeah, well . . . it's a dull, gray morning and I've read my mail and I'm bored. So, I thought I'd stop by for a dose of negavitism and pessimism . . . . and there you were. Thank you.

May you have a day that brings you everything you have asked for.
