Sallelesbelle
How do you sue a professional? We've already been to the arbitration service of the governing body in question and they have advised that we now need to follow this through the courts ourselves, and don't really know where to start. Teamedup
Depends what it is for. If it is a smallish claim then you could go to the Tribunal d'Instance and do this yourself. If not then perhaps you need to contact an Avocat.
troll
HelloHave you got legal assistance on your home insurance if so then they may be able to help. Otherwise you need a bag of cash and a lot of patience. I have just finished litigation against a insurance company after a constructer went bust on me. I have won the case (it took four years) and got my compensation but not all of my legal costs back.RegardsAlbert
