Has anybody any experience or views of the various help organisations such as 'Oui Can Help' Ltd or 'Club 95'? Also any views &/or experience of the 'Phonexpats's' discounted local and international cheap phone calls service. On the face of it a win/win system, but what are the snags, if any?
