opas Posted April 3, 2006 Share Posted April 3, 2006 Help, I have just broken the frame on my galsses.I have quite a complex prescription and am looking for the name of a chain of Opticians in france who have a lab on the premises, so I can buy a new frame to fit my lenses(or trim them down a touch). Somewhere similar to Spexsavers in the UK , where I can walk in, buy a frame similar and have the lenses put in and walk back out again within a very short time!I am now wearing an old pair that I would not attempt to drive in, so will have to cadge a lift of a neighbour, hence the need for a company who I know will do this. Got my daughters' in 1 hour at a third of the price of the smaller boutique opticians who quoted me 300E and a 7 day wait (normalement)!Now Specsavers here cost a tenner or are free on the NHS!.
