dwmcn
I am trying to locate a complex of houses that I saw in ?eastern France some years ago. They were circular, as I remember, a bit like divers helmets, with ?round windows. They were terra cotta in color and there was also an outdoor theater like a Roman amphitheater. I think I saw them when visiting my grandfather's grave in a US WW1 cemetery near Verdun. Alternatively, I could have seen them when on holiday near Lake Annecy. Or, they might be somewhere else entirely. I think they were built in the early 1900s-1940ish. I know this is a bit vague, but so am I. I did get a good result earlier about locating a Templar's Chapel.
dwmcn
It might be along La Voie Sacrée (N35) or near it. Between Bar-le-Duc and Verdun, or D964 between Verdun and Sedan. Or might not...
