mortstiff
Yes, brown rice. It is ten years I've been looking for a place to buy brown rice in the capital. The closest I've come is the Indian groceries around Gare du Nord, where they sell boiled red rice, which is putrid. Can anyone suggest a shop or market? Pangur
I'm nearly certain I got brown rice in Intermarché. Try the organic / bio / fair trade section rather than the rice and pasta section. In our local store we have a very impressive range of fair trade and/or organic chocolate, rice, cofee etc, right beside the diet and rice cake section. Cassis
Also bio/healthfood shops sell it.
Richard-R
The Bio section of all of our supermakets sell brown and whole/mixed grain rice.
Christine Animal
Isn't it simplement "riz complet" ? http://www.servicevie.com/01Alimentation/GuideAliment/GAf_HTML/HTML_900/919b.htmlSurely it hasn't taken you ten years to find that if that is what it is... Cassis
Like the UK, anything "bio" carries a hefty price premium.
