Looking for property in Limousin 87/23/19

Well, we've finally sold our flat in the uk and are in rented, so now's the time to start looking for our french property. We know all the arguments against and the queues of brits who can't wait to come back and this doesn't put us off. In the last four years we've toured france extensively in our motorhome for up to five months at a time so we know what we'll be letting ourselves in for. I think we've visited every department, except those very close to Paris and corsica.

We've decided to concentrate our first search in the Limousin. We've got a budget of between 100 and 150k euros depending on the property. Ideally, we 'd like something that has got some income potential, house plus gite or a three plus bed house with plenty of bathrooms for chambre d'hote. We know all the arguments against this too, but we do have another income so not reliant on this too much.

Alternatively we'd be looking for a nicely renvoated two bed house with a 500m2 plus garden for the veggies at the lower end of budget.
