One is to take external measurements and then subtract 5% for walls, t'other is to measure the internal spaces. (I paraphrase !).I cannot find the post/thread and I need to recall the French terminology. I request that somebody re-post the terms. I 'thought' I had saved them somewhere but I cannot find where !
