To the best of my knowledge:

Nuits-St-Georges is a area of the Bourgogne known for its wines.

Côte d'Or is a department in the Bourgogne region.

Dijon is the préfecture of the Côte d'Or department and the administrative capital of the Bourgogne.

Bresse is a region south east of the Bourgogne. It is also the name of a ski resort on the Vosges department.
