Benjamin Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 I've been getting a message for several days now when I try to send my meter readings to EDF.When I'm in mon espace Client and I click on je gère mon contrat I keep getting the following message Ce service est momentanément indisponible. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour le rétablir dès que possible. Veuillez nous excuser pour la gêne occasionnée.Anyone else or is it just me? My situation is still the same this morning so I decided to 'phone my readings in to their automated system. Sorry but I don't understand the numbers you've given me!I'm loosing the will to live by now so I find another number and eventually get through to Mon Conseiller service and speak to a real person. Gave her the readings no problem at all.Goodbye says I. No wait says she. Would you like an energy survey? I declined as we live in a very recent house and are well insulated etc. but it makes you wonder if the service is deliberately being tweaked in order to get you to call in.
