David Taylor Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 Having recently moved from the UK to Provence we have found 2 plots of land, which are adjacent and each owned by two sisters. We are told that if we buy them together that we will not be allowed to build two houses even if we put them in seperate names, ie I buy one my wife the other. We are advised the only way to do this is to put one of the plots in an SCI. Does anyone know of this rule or have experince of setting up and running an SCI?
