Dog
I couldn't help noticing Obama is left handed which has many advantages especially it seems when stringing together coherent sentences supposedly. Not quite sure how that idea fits in with his swearing in. Left handed people have been derided for centuries and are even said to not live so long.Interesting article here:http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/oct/24/barack-obama-mccain-white-house-left-handedThis one contradicts some of the facts in the first article.http://www.null-hypothesis.co.uk/article/1111One thing I am sure of is writing with a fountain pen is not easy for the left-handed. Read the articles - left handedness has been derided for many centuries and it is probably a useful trait.

Âme
I noticed that he was a leftie when I saw some TV footage this week. Since left-handed people make up about 10% of the population it's quite a roll call. Prince Charles? I didn't know about him, but I give you Michelangelo & Da Vinci. (at Art College lefties made up 50% of the classes.) Famous lefthanders.Re: writing with a fountain pen, it's easier if you turn the page 45 degrees clockwise. Tressy
I noticed he was a leftie too, albeit when he stated 'I'm a leftie, get used to it...' to about 1,000 reporters as he signed a document on the day of his inauguration.I'm glad no one* had really noted it before. I certainly hadn't but there are those people who think being a 'leftie' indicates something terrible, still.[:-))][;-)] *barring deranged conspiracy theorists, that is. Keni
Having been 'cack-handed' for 54 years I can only say for myself that I appear to be intelligent, quick-witted, soul of the party artistic -Oh yeah - I am also obviously sinister and a fib-teller- so I must be ideal for a politician - next question how many MP's are left-handed?
