Notaire Fees

I've looked all over the forum, but can't find the answer in FAQ's etc.  Our 'Buying Property in France' book is 5 years old and therefore out of date.

Can anyone advise of the percentage a Notaire will charge for his services when you are buying (not through the Notaire, but through an Agent).  I know its on a scale according to the price of the property.

I calculated these - they seem to be roughly accurate. Perhaps about 100 euroish higher than on the site suggested by BJSLIV
