DSK - another step towards freedom!

Recommended Posts

Some will still say he's been set up, I'm sure.

"it is clear that, for lack of sufficient proof, a prosecution may not

be initiated over the count of attempted rape, but facts that could be

described as sexual assault have meanwhile been recognised".

"[Mr Strauss-Kahn] will have to be satisfied with being an unconvicted

sex attacker, protected by the statute of limitations, allowing him to

escape criminal prosecution."

Let's see if he follows through with is threat on "slander"...

And Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, which is New York Unité Spéciale  in France starts it's 13th series. The first episode is of an african maid assaulted by a diplomat.

Wonder what that is about[Www]

Ofcourse DSK got off all charges, everywhere.  I had hoped for justice in New York, but no, that was not to be.

In all honesty, even if he had gone to trial in NYC and got off, I still wouldn't have believed him, anymore than I believed OJ Simpson when he got off too. It isn't as if I believe everyone to be guilty of every crime they are accused of, but these high profile crimes, well, I have little confidence in justice being served.

Who has been to prison in France, well Alain Carignon Maire of Grenoble and one time minister in Chirac's government went to prison for corruption. In fact quite a few politicians went to prison then, no high flyers though.
In some ways I think it is sad for France that DSK's dik interfered in this way. I think that France would have been better off with him in charge in these hard times. W
Spot on!

He could have opened brothels on the french side of the spanish border.

Or organised an international call girl business.[:)]
