Cassis Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 Not sure what you mean, either. Full ownership of the property is given to both parties in the clause tontine. So when one dies the other still has full ownership. It is usually used to avoid the property falling into the hands of their offspring when one party dies.
