Tontine

Are you talking about inheritance rules in general, rather than tontine rules?  Otherwise, I'm really not sure what you mean, so perhaps you could point us to the 'tontine rules' to which you are referring?

Not sure what you mean, either.  Full ownership of the property is given to both parties in the clause tontine.  So when one dies the other still has full ownership.  It is usually used to avoid the property falling into the hands of their offspring when one party dies.
