Bugsy
Does anyone know anything about this.A friend of ours, ex police, has always had his police pension tax deducted at source and declared this in france who didn't make any further charge on it.This year he has received a demand for tax in france for part of this and when queried has been told that 'its the new changes to the system' that france have introduced. Its only a percentage of his UK tax bill but can anyone shed any light on this please.Thanks. NormanH
You probably also missed the spreadsheet that was prepared to help calculate tax liability in France for those with LG and other pensions taxed at source in the UK
