montagrier Posted July 24, 2006 Share Posted July 24, 2006 yes I bought barns from a farmer who kept the house and some other barns and half the land... we know he had a mortgage on it and I believe the money you get will have to pay off that part of the mortgage as in the UK... its a case of getting valuations that your bank is happy with too...hope this helpsmonti Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
