My wife and child will be based in France permanently and I will work in UK Monday to Thursday, travelling to UK on Monday morning and returning on Thursday evening....any information regarding where I should/will pay tax and any other guidance much appreciatedMany thanksMark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nick Trollope Posted July 25, 2006 Share Posted July 25, 2006 You will pay tax & NI in the UK, the DSS will give you an E form to give your family health cover in France. You will need to complete a French tax return, but you will not pay 2 lots of tax. You will need to pay top-up insurance for the Wife & kid, to give a decent level of cover.
