MULTIPLE OWNERSHIP

Thanks Nick we are now 4 buying the property (or hope to be) we have yet to agree a price.  Would you know whether we can draw up our own terms (as if an English contract) and have then inserted into the SCI.  We accept that we would need to have our 'contract' translated.

I doubt it, all property transactions must be written by a Notaire (or with their approval). Your best bet it for you to consult one.

An contract under English law would be unenforceable in a French Court (with a few exceptions).
