I hear the sounds of hairs being split. Can one really believe the latter without being the former?

She is a Catholic I believe, hence can hate the sin but love the sinner.

On the other hand I haven't recognised much love in anything she has to say...

Got to love it, IF these people who spout their venom actually lived

by every last thing the bible said, then we would be back in the

dark ages, bit like the taliban want really!

Me an atheist, would now most certainly be classed as a terrorist in Saudi

Arabia, because apparently that is what atheists are under a new

lax, and any found will probably be put to death.

Not as if I disagree with some things the bible says, as a general

rule I am against murder and theft and other such basic things that

help society live in peace, but I don't need a 'holy' book to tell

me that.

I think he must have been well into the recreational herbs

There's pages on 'Clean' and 'Unclean' animals which seems largely arbitary (what did he have against owls?)

and loads of wierd stuff like not growing more than one crop in a field (there goes my potager) and not wearing cloth of more than one thread (is polycotton OK?)

The homosexual thing is lumped in with all this nonesense and much more so why pick on this one thing?
