woolybanana
Quai des Orfevres, Paris, chief lair of the police judiciare and drug squad. Inside, an armoured room for holding drug seizures, with special locks and only two keys, two people with access, and signed register of who has been in the room. All is in order.Inside the room, 51 kgs of cocaine seized from some baddies, enough to secure a long prison term, or a very very long and happy retirement.Except that it aint there any more... it has gone, vanished, drifted off. It is apparently a late drug, a goned drug, a walked drug. And strangely, nobody knows who has it.At least they have decided it is an inside job. Duhhhh, I wonder how they decided that?Anyone on this forum know anything about it? Norman, you been to Paris recently?
Quillan
Didn't you say a couple of days back the French government was off on its annual holiday. All this rain about perhaps they thought to take it with them just for recreational use of course.
idun
Most secure police building in France...loads of police, in fact 150 on the staff and lots of 'security'.Apparently the chef had asked for cameras to be installed outside the 'safe'..... what a misnomer that is, in this case....... but no camera was installed. Stable door and horse bolted..........because I bet they'll put some cameras up now!ps they said there were only three keys to the 'safe' on France 2 news....... so maybe they don't really know how many there are. Maybe M. M Souris et M. D Canard signing in could've been a clue!
woolybanana
I represent the International League for the Protection of Horsers, Idun; could it be that you are accusing one of our kind of knicking the dust? May I reminf you that it is now an offence to accuse a horse of human acts. It is called anthropohorsism!!
