NormanH
when I read a story of exceptional young people such as this chap who at last are getting a chance to prove their mettle under the new President.https://www.theguardian.com/world/2017/jun/13/mounir-mahjoubi-macron-cyber-attack-en-marche#comment-100338775
woolybanana
Yes, Norman, how strange, I was just reading the same article; he really does seem to be just what France needs. One hopes that many youngsters will wish to follow his lead.
Gardengirl
I hadn't read that particular article, but one in another British newspaper at the weekend, sounds a really interesting man who had already done particularly well in business before moving on to work with M. Macron.I was pleased to hear that he had won, as M. Macron had stated that anyone in his cabinet who didn't win would be out. A really excellent example to any young people but particularly those at the margins of society, those who face problems because of their name. idun
My son was, during the election period, mefiant of Macron, but so far, has been very impressed....... in fact quite happy with lots of things, including the reform of the Code de Travail, which as far as he has seen, seems to be common sense. He too has great hopes for Macron's Quinquennat.
