When you register an SARL (or rather when your accountant/lawyer does), the name (and any other names you wish) will be associated with the SARL. You (or anyone else for that matter) have little right to any name but you must not use a name that would appear to be someone or something else (passing off in the UK, much the same here).Like the UK, there is no "company name" registration in France, I believe.Ask the professional who is setting up the SARL.
