Has anyone tried

I looked in a couple of times early on this morning and rec'd an error message .. so am pleased to see normal service is now resumed ?

Nothing positive to report .. just about every thing that could go wrong this a.m. went wrong so have spent ages this evening making things right again.

What bugs me is that none of today's problems were my fault i.e. the bank did not pay my mobile bill due to a 'technical error' and my laptop suddenly decided I had no WiFi card .. yea right ?

And the 'nasty' receptionist at the Drs would not switch off the recording saying the equivalent of we are too busy to talk to you and, no, you cannot leave a message .. ring back sometime and we might just answer.

The 'nice' receptionist never does that .. she does her job happily, with a big smile .. unfortunately 'nasty' has been there for ever and cannot be dismissed though I hear the Doctors have tried to give her the heave ho, unsuccessfully.
