I don't know if this works for the whole of France, but it does for my area.

I shows things like shops chemist banks etc that are still open

Possibly more useful for City dwellers such as me who might not know otherwise....

It works as long as you zoom to the point were it shows individual town streets rather than just main roads.

There is the option to report errors/changed opening hours if you click in an individual shop.

Not much use out here in the sticks, but everyone local knows what is open anyway.

They show a Huit à 8 which shut down over a year ago, a supermarket which shut down and moved to a new site last year, and a bank which moved to the same site as the new supermarket.

I have advised changes FWIW.

Not perfect but a reasonably good reference, thanks Norman. As said, you can add information that if correct of course, will help it.
