When I was a child we used to take our bike registation number (stamped on the frame of the bike) to our local police station. The idea being if it was stolen, they could return it to the proper owner.

Ban confetti, there must be tons thrown every year when the carnival comes through, sold by the bucket full by the fair people. WIll be interesting to see if this is policed at all, or another CBA law.
