Chrisb
We use CurrenciesUK Ltd to transfer a regular monthly amount via a Standing order, the only charge to us is a 3.50€ fee from our CA account each month, and the exchange rate is pretty good.RegardsChris
Moorejw
Chrisb, the CA charge of 3,50 is for sending you the letter to tell you that the money has arrived. If you write telling them that you do not require the letter you can save yourself 3,50 per transaction!
alnmike
I wrote and told CA I didn't need the letter, but they told me I had to have as system generated. And even if they could stop it, they would still charge!!I use Moneybookers.com for smaller amounts - the small % fee is offset by a good exchange rate, I feel. And CA don't charge to receive the money.
