Michelle28
HiMy sister and I are travelling to France on 11th Dec and need somewhere to stay. We will arrive in Caen quite late so will probably book into something there for the first night then we will need somewhere near to Bayeux for the next 3 nights. Ideally something homely and french. Any ideas?
Kevinandval
Try: gites-de-france.fr, we have used the site before and have found it very good, or you can buy in WH Smith "B&B in France" a book with over 3000 B&B's listed, its an AA and Gites de france book. suein56
MichelleQuite a few people have said they found www.visitfrance.co.uk useful. You can type in your dates and see what comes up. I had a quick look and there were a couple of B&Bs available run by members of this forum - who come highly recommended!Good LuckSueEdit: apologies, I have just realised you wanted 'very french' - cannot help there .... sorry
Russethouse
Did you look at BF inclusive offers? They often heavily discount it, out of season.
Causette
You could also try Michael and Sally's lovely Chambres d'hote, which is within an hour of Bayeux. They serve lovely food, too!Their websie is http://www.vacances-normandes.co.uk/ Regards, and bonne route!
