Will Posted February 8, 2006 Share Posted February 8, 2006 'Technical problems' often refers to difficulties in port, as well as on the ship. Could be other ship movements, or, more likely, something blocking the berth. The excuse is often used for delays at Portsmouth, which are really down to the Navy moving their ships about and not wanting the ferries to get too near.I'm not aware of any problems with the ship, but you never know...[;)] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
