Frogslegs
URGENTLY REQUIRED …ryanair’s telephone number for refund! We were given this number 0892 232 375 presumable u.k. number but it just keeps ringing!!! Our plans to visit the u.k. for my mother’s 80th surprise birthday party was scuppered by the fact that the plane on Sunday could not land because of the snow. We were in the departure lounge and unknown to us the plane had circled three times and then flew straight on to Limoges!!! One traveller had already taxied from La Rochelle because of the fog!!Eventually after just one announcement in french it was obvious that there will be no plane for us. We were told…only when we asked… that we could be refunded or book tomorrow (if any available seats). Our plans that evening were to spend the night at the Gables restaurant in Old Harlow with friends that are proprietors. Next day mums party in High Wych, the day after a coach (already booked) to take us to Dorchester to stay for 4 days with friends. The snow continued falling and many guests were stranded. It took us 3 hours to drive home instead of 45 mins. Because we had picked up three stranded travellers we had help being pushed up some of the inclines. Our gite guests were actually on the plane and had to be driven to Poitiers by coach, spend the night at a hotel and not be able to pick up their car until 5.00 Sunday because the office did not open!So our first visit back together in 5 years did not go to plan. It would help though if we can be reimbursed. [N]

Phoning from the UK it's 0906 270 5656. You can only be connected to the phone number for the country you are actually phoning from.
