Just type in your proposed start and end points, date of travel and time of travel (either target set-off time or target arrival). It will then deliver possible routes and connections. I tried Toulous to Barcelona and was rejected at the last stage after finding trains and times so failed to get a price. The journey would take about five hours. I then tried Perpignan to Barcelona and it came up with a price of €64 (return) and journey time of about three hours.I am sure you will find a suitable site and book your tickets.
