Keithatdogland
In January 16th I booked a crossing with Eurotunnel over the Internet for the 24th to 26th March. On January 28th my wife was taken into hospital with pneumonia. She is still in intensive care but progressing reasonably well but there is no chance that we will be able to go to France at the end of March. What are my chances of getting a refund on the ticket or even being able to transfer it to later in the year? Jc
Why not ask them? -I've found P&O helpful in this way in the past.
Baz
I have had to cancel 2 Eurotunnel booking this year. No problem just move the booking to a new date, but be aware if the crossing is more expensive you will have to pay the difference. As far as I am aware you can repeat this process indefinitely and there was no charge for the alterations. Refunds are only available if Flexiplus tickets have been bought and these are the most expensive.Baz
