kipper
Having to make my first visit to the UK in 8 years. Picking my wifes daughter up at Heathrow from Australia (long story, I know we could pick her up at CDG airport, but we have very little trust in the airlines getting things right) and will be driving up to get her. Probably going to go through the tunnel. Never done this before. Do we just turn up, pay our fare and hop on the shuttle with the car? Or do we have to book in advance? And is there any other paperwork we need to take? Any advice greatfully appreciated.
Dick Smith
If you have a schedule, book in advance. You will need passports and I would think car documents just in case.

Anton Redman
Check out the prices /bookings in advance unless Euros 500 , Pounds 300, versus Pounds 60 on Speedferries is what you spend on lace hankerchiefs. Tunnel is not always most expensive but same bit of road to road we have done it faster witht Speedferries Boulogne Dover that we have the Tunnel
