As we are there for a couple of weeks we'd like to hire a car and explore a bit. We arrive into St Etienne on the 30th November and leave on 14th December. The best price for a standard economy (looks like a Ford Ka in the photo) is about £200 from auto europe through the Travelsupermarket http://www.travelsupermarket.com/travelmerge/travelsearch.aspx?package=6. Is this the best price I can get or does anyone know anywhere cheaper? Any local gems at the airport?Also, do any users have any recommendations of sites to see and places to visit. We don't mind driving a long way and staying overnight somewhere. Italy and Switzerland look quite close on the map.
