When booking were not sure when to go or come back - bascally looking for cheapest option (needed to be in France on the Friday), including car hire.Settled on Thursday evening to Saturday evening. However, in the research it showed that renting a car (from Europcar) was £21 cheaper to rent it from Thursday to Sunday than it was Thursday to Saturday! P Posted November 13, 2006 Author Share Posted November 13, 2006 Ah have come unstuck on this one.Received an invoice from Europcar where they had recalculated the bill based on Thursday to Saturday and charged the extra. Was going to complain and then read the T&Cs and it plainly states that you have to keep the car for the Saturday night.Perhaps it has been tried before and they have got smart to it.Paul Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Every attempt to pay cash was turned down: credit card or nothing.
