Angie
Hi thereCan anyone tell me if bags of coal such as those sold at UK petrol stations are available in France. Must say I have never seen them. Thanks
idun
We had a coal merchant in a city not too far from me and I called in once many years ago to see if I could get coke, but he said that the french didn't use coke and I didn't want coal. He closed down shortly after, after being open since the war, so I take it that the french didn't want coal either.Have you checked the pages jaunes for your area. Les
I have in the past seen it in Bricomarché or Mr. Bricolage.
Department71
We must be lucky then. We take a large trailer to a firm not far from us and get it loaded with coal, last time we got 750 kilo worth.Funny though our area used to be known for its coal mines, the stuff is now imported from Poland.Steve
