Anton Redman Posted September 8, 2007 Share Posted September 8, 2007 I know I should have worked it out first time but for those who booked vouchers for the 26 December. Unless you first Activate rather than Amend the voucher the system lets you go almost all the way through before telling you the either the scheduled crossing is full or not available. It accepts the booking ref and security code and still shows the booking on 26 December giving no clue that it needs Activating rather than Amending. I think the correct error message should be 'This Booking has not been Activated - Please Activate’ Instead of showing the crossing as not available. I checked the crossings I wanted were available before giving it one last try using the Activate route which worked. I have Emailed SF fro their comments but thought it might help somebody else who was trying to use a voucher. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
