Granted planning permission, obligations and term of validity?

Having recently been granted planning permission for a new house, I wonder how long this permis is valid, and what obligations it carries?

Interesting to see that commencement of works can be indicated by l'installation de palissades autour du chantier; of all the many building sites within 40k around here (predominately rural villages and small towns) I haven't seen one outside of a major Town![:)]

My reply was directed towards the OP, who would appear to have recently received his Permis de Construire and in my opinion would accordingly qualify under the derogative regulation of the year 2008. See link, particularly Article 1:

I would of course be the first to agree with the assumption that after 31/12/10 and on the following day the 01/01/11 the provision will fall away and the period will return to it's statutory two year period.

A valuable extra year in my case especially; since I'm feeling lucky dare I also ask at what point is Taxe fonciere adjusted and how is that calculated?

Clearly your understanding of these matters is greater than mine,[8-)] but apparently a 3-bed split level house doesn't qualify as a 4 Rail TGV nor is there one listed in the 1000 projects,[;-)] in which case, at what point will I be required to assist with this economic stimulus, and does anyone know how it would be calculated?
