Will Posted April 14, 2008 Share Posted April 14, 2008 I have recently learned that all flights from Shoreham airport have been grounded because the airport owner has gone into liquidation and therefore there are doubts over the insurance cover. If you had intended to use the services between Shoreham (Brighton) and Paris, Caen, Deauville or Le Touquet in the next few days, it would be a good idea to check the latest situation with Skysouth. The admiinstrators quickly agreed the sale of the airport business to the company that owns the commercial buildings at the airport, and scheduled flights re-started yesterday afternoon.
