Lollie
Hi,We have tried for two days to book flights for children via the contact centre, but noone answers!! Any ideas how we can book these flights? I believe the call centre in Ireland has now been closed, so do old backdoor numbers still work? Lollie

Lollie
No my sister is in the UK? she is trying to book flights to france though! I thought about ringing the call centre here, as they are usually quick to annswer, but I think she needs to do this as the mum with her credit card, and her french is not up to it! Cat
Looking at your profile location, I'm guessing that you're in France. In which case the published number is 0892 232 375 . This is a number in France.Failing that, you could try one of the saynoto0087 numbers published here http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php . Type in Ryanair in the 1st search box (for company name). Cat
Oops, posts crossed. As she is in the Uk she should phone 0871 246 0000 , or failing that one of the numbers from the site I mentioned above.
Nearly Retired (I am now)
Call centre - what's that? You must mean the single dusty phone in that small dark office that's in the same building as the Carlsberg Beer Complaints Office (remember the TV ad.?) Kevinmc
I had need to contact them and it seems they work very limited office hours, so try about 9:30 am. Once I got through, they were very pleasant, the height of efficiency and the promised credit to my debit card was there within 48 hours.I know - it surprised me too !! Baz
Lollie, I have sent a PM to you with a non-premium number to the Ryanair Eire Booking centre. Before anyone asks I am not going to publish the number on the forum.Baz
