Ron Avery
Try MANAGE MY BOOKING on the ryanair web page. If that does not give the option then you will have to phone up the French help line, they speak English on the French desk.
Cat
The helpline in France is 0892 232 375 (34c per minute) otherwise you could try one of the numbers listed towards the bottom of the page here http://www.completefrance.com/cs/forums/974460/ShowPost.aspx
Patricia
They do take children aged 14/15 unaccompanied now but you will need to contact Ryanair reservations. Quote from Ryanairs T & C's - Ryanair does not carry unaccompanied minors (under 14 years). Escort and special facilities are NOT available. Ryanair will carry unaccompanied minors aged 14 or 15 years ONLY upon completion and signature of a Form of Indemnity at check-in of EACH departure airport, by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied on the same reservation by a passenger over 16 years. Unaccompanied minors aged 14 & 15 years travelling must present the required valid photo-ID at check-in. The parent or guardian of the unaccompanied minors, are required to remain in the airport until the flight has departed. Good luck. Eos
Make another booking for her as if she were an adult. We've done that a couple of times in the past year after our plans changed unexpectedly for my son & OH and had no issues.
