Benjamin Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 We recently booked a trip to the UK at short notice but within three days we had to unexpectedly change our plans and couldn't go.As we'd booked a cabin with wheelchair access Mrs Benjamin suggested I cancel the booking so as to free up the cabin for someone else as they only have two or three available. We received an email acknowledging the change and another couple of days later we received a full refund. Apparently if you cancel within five days of booking then you get the refund.
