JAW123
Hi,The French Dream went wrong, and I would like to return to the UK. I would like to gather as much legal and other information possible about selling my property (part of which now belongs to my two sons) and returning to the UK. I have been living in France for 5 years, 2.5 on my own. My property is a very successful gite business which I am running totally on my own. If there is anyone who could advice me so I could start the ball rolling on what seems to me a mamoth task I would be very grateful.JAW
woolybanana
Go see your notaire for the finer points. Preferably having decided what to do with the property. He can then give you the legal ins and outs. having that information you can then put the place on the market.
Gardian
Roughly, where are you? There might be someone who could give you some face-to-face help & advice, but only if they're reasonably close.
