Cendrillon
For anyone flying to the U.K. today do check your flights before you leave for the airport. Freezing fog has forced many cancellations at many U.K. airports including LGW / LHR /LBA / LCY and elsewhere in Europe.Chiefluvvie: I hope you are on "rest days" at present. woolybanana
Well, I rescued one today, poor little beast. And now she is happily asleep under the table , curled up with the doga, making gurgling noises.... But when to let her go again. Oooops, my eyes are getting so baaaaad, I thought you said Freezing Frog and the child did look frozen through!

mint
Hey, Cinders, I've just learnt that the French for freezing fog is brouillard givrant!Forgive me for sounding jubilant....it's still a thrill to me when I learn something everyday and straightforward that probably everybody knows already but which has, so far, somehow eluded my experience of life....LOL
