Patf
I'm glad I wasn't there! Not likely to be I know, but I did onceget my hand stuck in a London Tube door, getting out, very late at night returning from a day up north. My handbag was in that hand too. Luckily a kind woman managed to prise the door open just enough to release me. I imagined the train going off and dragging me along with it. Also on A&E staff in hospitals and ambulance staff even have stab vests available to them them to wear now ..Regretfully these days in the UK its now what you have to expect where dealing with the general public is concerned and staff know what they might have to face ...Its just as well they do not behave like the French ...as given the numbers if they did nobody would ever be at work .
