Sydney and Huggy
We own in the Auvergne and haven't been able to get there since last July and our next trip, whenever it might happen, will be under post-Brexit rules. We have had the under noted web pages pointed out and appears to apply to 'tourists'. Bit of a catch 22 if it applies to second home owners? Anybody come across this?https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F2191?lang=en
pomme
The Attestation d'accueil is for visitors to a home in France. It is not for owners. There is no mention of what second-home owners need. I think all you need to do when you travel there is to take some documentation confirming you own the property e.g. a taxe d'habitation or utility bill. There is a discussion here http://services.completefrance.com/forums/completefrance-forums/cs/forums/3684288/ShowPost.aspx
Sydney and Huggy
Thank you pomme, that link is very helpful and leads on to other explanations. Just need to remember to lift the habitation invoice.[:D]
