Frenchie
My dad has found a " plaque militaire", you know, like the ones soldiers used to wear on a necklace for identification. The name of the soldier can be read, and the year 1918. I suppose the poor man may have died where my dad found it, so I'd like to know where we could declare this, if anybody knows, it may be of interest to his family.
