Dog
Found this little chap at the bottom of our swimming pool - luckily he was OK and has gone to live near the pond.I have never seen such a young Fire Salamander and maybe apic will appear below but I am not going to hold my breathe.imghttp://wynkindeworde.zoomshare.com/album/Stuff/images/1d8b074dae6dd17948f21aa2a7063aff_11506270620/:album/img

chris pp
Hi Dog, That's what they look like when they have just completed metamorphosis and leave the water, that will have been "born" around January and is now entering its terrestrial phase, if you find any more you may be better of putting them in the woods or under a hedge in the leaves on the ground, that's were they belong.Chris.I wish they would get on with it and release that last bear!! Cassis
I copied your link to get to your photo, right clicked on it, chose copy, then back here CtrlV to paste.
I might be wrong (are you there, James?) but I think pasting actual images into posts uses valuable server space. To be on the safe side it might be better to use the "bracket img bracket" method with the image URL to insert images.Like this:Gives same result but occupies a fraction of the server space. To see how to do it, click on the quote box above this post and you'll see what I mean.
