pete66 Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 Help!!! We are planning to move to France within the next 6 months, and have just put our sole residence in the UK on the market. We will be renting initially in France and dont fully understand whether we will be liable for cgt, if the sale of our UK property does not complete until we are renting in France.
