hakunamatata
I have just noticed an area very close to our house has been designated pour le chasse. I understand it is reserved for the hunting of wild animals but are there any rules and regs I should know about because this is our dog walking area. chris pp
What exactly do any signs say?Chris
Cat
If the signs say "Réserve de chasse et de faune sauvage", for example, it means that hunting is forbidden in that area.http://www.conservation-nature.fr/article3.php?id=121English translation
BJSLIV
But if it's the other way round Chasse Reserve The meaning is also reversed! IE Private Shooting!
Jay
The signs around here just say "Reserve Le Chasse"
Clair
The signs around here just say "Reserve Le Chasse"
Most unlikely...It either says Réserve de chasse or Chasse réservée. It could also say Chasse interdite [:)]
